Position Summary
We are looking for charismatic, skilled, and service-driven Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. You'll be mixing cocktails, pouring beers, and creating memorable moments for locals and tourists alike. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end hospitality settings and takes pride in every drink served.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to all guests with professionalism and personality
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with RSA and venue policies
- Upsell premium products and promote signature cocktails
- Handle POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately
- Monitor patron behavior and uphold responsible service of alcohol (RSA) at all times
- Work collaboratively with floor staff, barbacks, and management
- Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and end-of-day cleaning
- Be a brand ambassador for Bondi Icebergs through exceptional service and hospitality
About You
- 1+ years’ bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hotel
- Confident cocktail-making skills (classics + venue signature list)
- Holds a valid NSW RSA certificate
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team-focused, punctual, and reliable
- Immaculate grooming and presentation standards
- Available for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
