Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality service in our restaurant, bar, and event areas—helping guests feel welcome from breakfast through to dinner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and deliver warm, professional table service

Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately

Support the setup and pack down of dining and function areas

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas throughout shifts

Assist with restocking, polishing glassware/cutlery, and side duties

Process payments using POS systems and handle transactions with care

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow

Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and safety procedures at all times

About You

Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential

A genuine interest in delivering great service and positive guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods

Team player with a helpful and proactive attitude

Immaculate grooming and presentation

Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Valid NSW RSA certificate is required
