Position Summary

We are looking for charismatic, skilled, and service-driven Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. You'll be mixing cocktails, pouring beers, and creating memorable moments for locals and tourists alike. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end hospitality settings and takes pride in every drink served.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to all guests with professionalism and personality

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with RSA and venue policies

Upsell premium products and promote signature cocktails

Handle POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately

Monitor patron behavior and uphold responsible service of alcohol (RSA) at all times

Work collaboratively with floor staff, barbacks, and management

Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and end-of-day cleaning

Be a brand ambassador for Bondi Icebergs through exceptional service and hospitality

About You

1+ years’ bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hotel

Confident cocktail-making skills (classics + venue signature list)

Holds a valid NSW RSA certificate

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Team-focused, punctual, and reliable

Immaculate grooming and presentation standards

Available for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
