Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our dynamic front-of-house team. You will play a key role in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service across the dining room, bar, and events. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and genuinely cares about creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during service
Ensure smooth daily operations across restaurant, bar, and function areas
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and maintaining service standards
Coordinate floor operations, section assignments, and break schedules
Liaise between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams for seamless service
Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas
Support stock control, ordering, and end-of-day reporting
Ensure RSA compliance and uphold venue policies at all times
About You
2+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in premium hospitality
Strong food and beverage knowledge (including wine and cocktails)
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Hands-on, customer-focused, and service-driven approach
Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Valid NSW RSA certificate required
