Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Conference & Events Attendants to support the smooth delivery of meetings, banquets, weddings, and special events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for service. You'll be an integral part of our Events Team, helping to bring our clients' visions to life and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, service, and reset event spaces according to function sheets and guest requirements
Provide food and beverage service during conferences, weddings, and private events
Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of event areas throughout the shift
Assist with basic audio-visual setup or troubleshooting where needed
Greet guests and respond to requests with professionalism and urgency
Follow RSA, WHS, and hotel operating procedures at all times
Ensure event equipment is used and stored safely and correctly
About You
Previous experience in events, functions, or banquets preferred (not essential)
High level of presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service
Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced, hands-on team
Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and set up furniture and equipment
Holds a valid NSW RSA certificate
