Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Assist the venue manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Collaborate with various teams to maintain high service standards and uphold the venue's reputation.
Guest Relations:
Greet and interact with guests to ensure a welcoming and positive dining experience.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Staff Leadership:
Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.
Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of food, beverages, and service, ensuring they meet the venue's standards.
Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold the presentation and ambiance of the venue.
Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue generation.
Collaborate with the management team to implement effective strategies for financial growth.
Health and Safety:
Ensure the venue complies with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe environment for guests and staff.
Address any safety concerns promptly and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.
