Venue Manager

As the Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our venue through effective leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of the venue's daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during service hours.

Collaborate with different teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Guest Experience:

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high levels of service, ambiance, and satisfaction.

Address guest feedback, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire venue team, fostering a positive work environment.

Provide ongoing training and development to staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue generation.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Implement and maintain COVID-19 safety protocols as required.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions.

Drive efforts to increase footfall, revenue, and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements in the hospitality industry.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Proficiency in relevant software for reservations, scheduling, and reporting.
