Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and service-driven Conference & Events Attendants to join our award-winning events team. You’ll play a vital role in setting up, servicing, and packing down events of all sizes—from intimate meetings to large-scale functions. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy delivering polished guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and pack down event spaces according to event orders and guest requirements
Deliver food and beverage service during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events
Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, timely service
Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event
Assist with audio-visual or equipment setup where required
Follow RSA and WHS procedures at all times
Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation
About You
Previous experience in functions, banquets, or events preferred (but not essential)
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements
A team player who can work calmly under pressure
Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
Valid NSW RSA certification is essential
Physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture safely
