Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team. This is a front-line role that involves delivering friendly and professional service across our restaurant, bar, and event operations. Whether it’s breakfast by the beach, a sunset cocktail, or a large corporate dinner, you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide prompt, welcoming table and bar service
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
Set, clear, and reset tables in line with service standards
Assist with restocking, side duties, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas
Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
Work across restaurant, bar, room service, or functions depending on business needs
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service
Ensure compliance with RSA and venue-specific policies at all times
About You
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly regarded
Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent grooming and presentation
Available to work across a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Must hold a valid NSW RSA certificate
