Assist in menu development, incorporating creativity and knowledge of current culinary trends. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours. Quality Control and Presentation: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in flavors, textures, and portion sizes. Uphold the venue's commitment to exceptional dining experiences through attention to detail and adherence to plating guidelines. Kitchen Organization and Cleanliness: Ensure a well-organized and clean kitchen environment by following proper storage and labeling procedures. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs. Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Follow proper sanitation practices, including personal hygiene, cleaning schedules, and temperature control.
