As a Gaming Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth gaming operations while delivering outstanding service to our patrons.
Responsibilities:
Gaming Floor Management:
Oversee the daily gaming floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of gaming activities, including machine operation, payouts, and customer interactions.
Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements.
Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Support and Training:
Provide guidance and support to gaming attendants, assisting them with customer inquiries, payouts, and machine maintenance.
Assist in training new gaming attendants, ensuring they understand gaming procedures, responsible gambling practices, and customer service standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide assistance with gaming queries and promotions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of gaming offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Cash Handling and Reporting:
Monitor and manage cash floats, ensuring accurate and secure handling of funds.
Conduct regular cash reconciliations and reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with the preparation of gaming-related reports and documentation as required.
Responsible Gambling Practices:
Promote responsible gambling practices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Identify and address any signs of problem gambling, providing appropriate support and referrals as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in responsible gambling practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality-related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of gaming regulations, responsible gambling practices, and customer service principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Cash handling experience and proficiency in using gaming systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
