As a Gaming Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional gaming experiences for our patrons while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
Responsibilities:
Gaming Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming area, including the management of gaming machines, customer interactions, and payouts.
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements.
Implement and maintain responsible gambling practices, including staff training and customer support.
Team Leadership and Development:
>Lead and motivate a team of gaming attendants, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
>Provide guidance, coaching, and training to gaming attendants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
>Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans to maximize team performance.
Customer Service Excellence:
>Ensure outstanding customer service by promoting a friendly and welcoming environment.
>Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues raised by patrons.
>Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the gaming experience, introducing new promotions and activities.
Financial Management:
>Manage gaming revenue and expenses, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
>Monitor gaming machine performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation.
>Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Compliance and Reporting:
>Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
>Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by relevant authorities.
>Stay up to date with gaming regulations and industry trends, ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications:
>Previous experience in gaming management within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.
>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons.
>Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.
>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
>Proficiency in gaming management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
