We are looking for a friendly and motivated Casual Waiter/Runner to join our team at the Pool Cafe in Maroubra. As a Waiter/Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and escort them to their tables
Provide menus and answer any questions about menu items
Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages to customers
Monitor tables and ensure that customers have everything they need
Clear tables and clean up after customers
Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Runner or similar role preferred
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
