As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Guest Experience:
Ensure that every guest receives outstanding service and has a memorable experience at the venue.
Address guest feedback, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Operational Support:
Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.
Team Leadership:
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and professional conduct.
Support in training and mentoring staff to maintain high service standards.
Financial Management:
Contribute to budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Assist in monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating special events, functions, and promotions.
Ensure that events are executed smoothly and meet guests' expectations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Knowledge of operational procedures, financial management, and event coordination.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Proficiency in relevant software for operations, financial reporting, and analytics is advantageous.
