The Toxteth Hotel is seeking a Senior Venue Manager to lead our team and drive the overall success of the venue. As the Senior Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, manage costs, and achieve profitability goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Provide guidance to department heads and staff to ensure cohesive teamwork and performance.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and enjoys a memorable experience at the venue.
Address guest feedback, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and proactive manner.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies for cost control.
Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract patrons.
Identify opportunities for promotions, events, and collaborations to drive foot traffic.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
