As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent service to our patrons, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks promptly and courteously.
Recommendations: Assess customers' preferences and recommend beverages and menu items that suit their tastes.
Mixology: Create cocktails and drinks by mixing and garnishing ingredients according to established recipes.
Menu Presentation: Participate in planning and presenting the bar menu, highlighting available options.
Age Verification: Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age as per RSA guidelines.
Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain smooth operations.
Guest Experience: Maintain a guest-focused approach, providing an excellent experience throughout their visit.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food and beverage regulations.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and clean to uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements and Skills:
Resume and Proven Experience: Provide a resume showcasing your working experience as a Bartender or Food & Beverage Attendant.
Mixology Knowledge: Excellent understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails.
Positive Attitude: Approach tasks with a positive attitude and possess excellent communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to keep the bar organized, well-stocked, and maintain cleanliness.
RSA Certification: Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Team Player: Thrive in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a harmonious workplace.
