The Toxteth Hotel is seeking a skilled General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our venue's operations. As the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the venue's success, fostering a dynamic team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments to achieve operational objectives.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and enjoys a memorable experience at the venue.
Address guest feedback, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to department heads to achieve their objectives.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract patrons.
Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to adapt marketing efforts.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:
