Responsibilities:
Culinary Execution:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Execute dishes with precision and attention to taste, portion size, and presentation.
Menu Collaboration:
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the variety and quality of our dishes.
Ingredient Preparation:
Prepare ingredients by cleaning, chopping, and portioning as needed for efficient service.
Ensure that ingredients are of high quality and properly stored.
Quality Control:
Taste and evaluate dishes regularly to ensure taste, presentation, and consistency.
Address any issues related to dish quality and guest satisfaction.
Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Follow proper sanitation and kitchen maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar role is preferred.
Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is advantageous.
