Are you a gaming enthusiast with a passion for providing exceptional service? Minskys Hotel is seeking a dedicated Gaming Attendant to join our team and provide an enjoyable and responsible gaming experience for our patrons. As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through friendly interactions and ensuring a safe gaming environment.
Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement:
Greet and interact with gaming patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Provide assistance with gaming machine operations and answer patron inquiries.
Gaming Support:
Assist patrons with cash transactions for gaming credits.
Monitor gaming areas to ensure machines are functioning properly and address any technical issues.
Responsible Gaming:
Promote responsible gaming practices and adhere to relevant regulations and policies.
Monitor and report any unusual behavior or concerns related to gaming activities.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs and inquiries professionally.
Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for patrons in the gaming area.
Cash Handling:
Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the gaming system.
Handle payouts and provide change to patrons.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Gaming Attendant or in a customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with gaming machine operations is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Responsible and ethical attitude towards gaming practices.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact positively with patrons.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
