Lead and Inspire as a Senior Venue Manager at Minskys Hotel

Minskys Hotel is seeking a dynamic Senior Venue Manager to join our team and take charge of overall venue operations. As a Senior Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a diverse team, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring that every guest's visit is memorable.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer service.
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the venue team to achieve their best performance.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that reflects the venue's values.
Guest Experience:
Strive for exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and delivering top-notch service.
Address guest concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Events and Functions:
Oversee the planning and execution of events, functions, and special occasions.
Ensure smooth coordination and high-quality service during events.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
Strategic Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the venue's offerings and market presence.
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Venue Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Financial acumen and budget management experience.
