Lead and Elevate Our Retail Operations to New Heights
Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Minskys Hotel is seeking a dynamic Senior Retail Manager to join our team and take charge of our retail operations. As a Senior Retail Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team, developing strategic initiatives, and achieving outstanding sales results.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead the retail team to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the retail team members.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
Sales and Performance:
Set ambitious sales goals and drive the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional customer service through effective team training and development.
Implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and merchandise assortment.
Develop captivating visual merchandising displays to attract and engage customers.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Develop and manage retail budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
Generate regular reports on sales, performance, and key metrics.
Vendor Relationships:
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute retail strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
