Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales goals.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take proactive measures to optimize results.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and addressing customer inquiries.
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the venue's brand.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Visual Merchandising:
Manage the presentation and layout of retail products to enhance the shopping experience.
Implement creative displays to attract customer attention and promote sales.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Prepare and manage retail budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
