Minskys Hotel is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team and provide memorable dining experiences to our valued guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction:
Greet guests warmly, assist them in seating, and provide menu recommendations.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary needs are met.
Service Excellence:
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to quality standards.
Handle guest requests and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Table Maintenance:
Set up and clean tables, ensuring they are presentable and well-prepared for guests.
Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Cash Handling:
Process guest payments accurately and provide change when necessary.
Handle cash and electronic payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
