Contribute to menu development and innovation under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Quality and Presentation:
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the venue's standards of quality and aesthetics.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all dishes.
Kitchen Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
Communicate effectively with other team members and adhere to established processes.
Adherence to Regulations:
Comply with food safety regulations, health and safety guidelines, and venue policies.
Maintain hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is advantageous.
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
