As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, fostering a high-performing team, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that every guest receives outstanding service and has a positive experience at the venue.
Address guest feedback, concerns, and inquiries to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to department heads to achieve their objectives.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract patrons.
Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to adapt marketing efforts.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and the local community.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality or related industry.
